Me & Mine - May '15

Sunday, May 31, 2015

May has flown by and I can't believe we're nearly half way through the year already! (June is when my countdown to Christmas begins!) This month has been an odd one really - we've been pretty busy which has been lovely as we've seen so much of our friends and family. Zach's developed so much and this month he's really started to show his personality which is amazing - he's become so much more fun! But he's also been having a growth spurt so has been really fussy, we think he's started teething so it hasn't all been great.

The best part of the May though has to be meeting Zach's new cousin. Aunty Holly gave birth at the beginning of the month to a little girl and she's absolutely gorgeous! I became very emotional holding her as she is just so tiny and it's hard to remember that Zach was that small too not so long ago! Whilst we were visiting we went on a walk in Richmond Park and spotted some deer which was really cool - we can't wait to go back and spend longer there!

Other highlights from this month include our Eurovision party/cheese night where we had an insane amount of cheese that we're still working our way through, buying our new car and going to the Cambridge beer festival! This month also marks a year since we found out that I was pregnant. We've definitely had a lot going on!

We've got a few plans set for June which I'm sure to post about on here so be sure to come back and find out what we get up to!

How has your May been?
