HALLOWEEN | Chocolate Bark

As with all great seasonal ideas, this one came from Pinterest! It is the best place to go for inspiration, and really comes into its own around this time of year. If you haven't got an account I would highly recommend one, although please be aware that you may lose an entire day while you spend hours pinning away. I spotted some Halloween themed chocolate bark on there and thought that it looked amazing as well as really easy so decided to give it a go myself!

You will need:

- 2 big blocks of chocolate (I used milk chocolate, but use your favourite!)
- sweets and chocolate to decorate (I used candy corn, green and orange m&ms and chopped up mars bars)
- grease-proof paper
- heatproof bowl
- microwave/pan of simmering water

Method:

- break your chocolate into small chunks and place in your heatproof bowl
- melt the chocolate either in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water being careful not to let it burn
- pour melted chocolate onto your grease-proof and spread into the shape you desire
- add your sweets and chocolate in whatever pattern you wish!
- allow to cool and cut into pieces ready to enjoy whilst watching your favourite Halloween movie!
