Last week was a bit of a whirlwind, and we only ate at home a few nights, so I decided to give my weekly meal plan a miss. We just ate what we had left in the house, meaning we had pasta more often than not. This week however we are back on track, eating at home every night this week and I'm really excited about a couple of the meals we have lined up.
I also just wanted to mention that we have decided to start shopping at Aldi, rather than having a big Tesco shop delivered. This week we only spent £29 on food, whereas we usually spend approximately £45 - I couldn't be more impressed, and that price even includes a couple of extras we wouldn't normally get. Oh, and they do free range chicken too - amazing!

MONDAY - Chicken fajitas
TUESDAY - Mushroom + pancetta tagliatelle
WEDNESDAY - Pesto tortelloni + green vegetables
THURSDAY - Vegetable chilli, rice + avocado
FRIDAY - Burgers, sweet potato wedges + baked beans
