Weekly Meal plan #11

This week is a big one for us as it marks the start of my change towards a healthier lifestyle. I decided to hold off with this until now as I was actually away on holiday in Las Vegas last week and I wanted to be able to eat anything and everything before coming home and changing my mindset. I fully expected to gain weight in America, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had lost 3 pounds, which means I'm in a really positive place to start making changes.

I plan to join Slimming World this week, which is something I have heard really great things about, and I'm really hoping will work for me. I don't fully understand how it all works just yet, but I believe the meals I've picked pretty much fit with the plan.


This week's menu:

MONDAY - Cod fillet, homemade chips, mushy peas + green beans

TUESDAY - Spaghetti bolognese + salad

WEDNESDAY - Quorn vegetable chilli + rice

THURSDAY - Slow cooker vegetable curry + rice

FRIDAY - Quorn burrito bowl
