Weekly Meal Plan #13

I am so excited about our meals this week because they are all about comfort & there is a lot of pasta involved. If you're been reading these posts for a while you will notice that this week we're eating more meat than usual, but that is because Jono has decided to go vegan for lent which starts next week, and I wanted to get all my favourites in before then!

All of the meals are Slimming World friendly as this will be my fifth week on plan. Last week went a little tits up to be completely honest, but I am feeling really motivated and ready to get back to it. During lent I will be cooking Slimming World friendly vegan meals every evening, which I think will be a bit of a challenge, but I'm really looking forward to it!

This week's menu:

MONDAY - Quorn spaghetti bolognese + broccoli

TUESDAY - Chicken pesto pasta + broccoli

WEDNESDAY - Fish finger sandwiches, chips + mushy peas

THURSDAY - Hunters chicken, chips + greens

FRIDAY - Bacon + mushroom pasta
