Weekly Meal Plan #15

After a week off for Easter, and then a bit of an unplanned week last week, this week is all about getting back into the swing of things Slimming World wise, and feeling more organised and on top of everything. We're also back to eating meat now that lent is over, and although we still won't be eating it every day, it's nice to have a bit more variety again.

This week's menu:

MONDAY - Beef kheema + bombay vegetables

TUESDAY - Spaghetti bolognese

THURSDAY - Lamb koftas + rice salad

FRIDAY - Tomato + roasted red pepper pasta
